Refractory material "Aluminite Ball"

Adding a small amount of MgO suppresses abnormal crystal growth! It exhibits excellent volumetric stability at high temperatures.

"Alumina nit ball" is a refractory raw material with excellent fluidity. By adding a small amount of MgO, the abnormal growth of crystals is suppressed, resulting in a controlled uniform crystal structure with sizes ranging from 20 to 40 μm. It is a high-purity spherical sintered alumina containing over 99.5% Al2O3, composed of corundum polycrystalline sintered body with a dense internal structure. 【Features】 ■ High melting point ■ High mechanical strength ■ Strong thermal shock resistance ■ High chemical stability ■ Excellent wear resistance *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Refractory material "Synthetic Mullite"

Refractory materials with high resistance to erosion against glass and slag, and high melting points and load softening points.

"Synthetic Mullite" is a refractory material that has a uniform structure, as it is produced by finely grinding various raw materials and mixing them in a wet process. Due to the sintering of raw materials with low impurities at high temperatures close to their melting point (1,850°C) in a rotary kiln, the structure is a dense needle-like formation. Our company manufactures three types of products: Type MM, MMS, and Type SM, each with its own unique characteristics, allowing for precise differentiation based on application. [Features] ■ High melting point ■ High load softening point ■ Low thermal expansion coefficient ■ Strong rigidity ■ High resistance to corrosion from glass and slag *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Refractory material "Sintered Spinel"

Carefully selected raw materials are wet mixed, shaped, and fired! We handle various particle sizes.

"Sintered spinel" is a refractory material made of magnesium-aluminum spinel (MgO·Al2O3), which has a uniform and dense structure achieved through the careful wet mixing, shaping, and firing of selected raw materials. In the steel industry, it is used as the lining refractory for molten steel ladles, and in the field of lithium-ion batteries, it is used in special ceramics such as crucibles for sintering positive electrode materials and setters. "NSP-70" has a composition close to the theoretical value of spinel, while "NSP-90" has an alumina-rich composition in which some of the alumina is solid-solubilized in spinel. [Features] ■ High melting point ■ High chemical stability ■ Resistant to both alkali and acid corrosion ■ Excellent volume stability ■ Strong against thermal shock *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Refractory material "Sintered Alumina"

A polycrystalline sintered body of corundum with a dense internal structure! A refractory material with high chemical stability.

"Sintered alumina" is a refractory material that excels in wear resistance. Calcined alumina is pressure-formed using a briquetting machine, and after drying, it is sintered at high temperatures close to its melting point (2,050°C) in a rotary kiln. It is a polycrystalline sintered body of corundum with a dense internal structure, boasting a high purity containing over 99.5% Al2O3. 【Features】 ■ High mechanical strength ■ High thermal conductivity ■ Strong resistance to thermal shock ■ High melting point ■ High electrical insulation properties *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
